“I have to say the most friendly and helpful pet shop. I have been going here for a year now and the stuff are so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell, my bull dogs love going there for the treats and grooming i always pick him up and he has the biggest smile. Truly the best.”

“I was staying with friends and needed some food etc for my little Yorkie . She is really fussy and I thought I’d visit this shop as we have one near to us in Dorset . I don’t very often leave reviews but absolutely had to . The staff were so welcoming , friendly and knowledgable. The lady that served me was called Mollie , she was so lovely and ensured I had everything I needed . The other lady there was called Charlotte I think , she was also very helpful . As a food retail manager myself , I know how difficult it is to employ great staff that have a love for what they do that shines through with great service . Well done to you .”

“Recommend the fish here if your looking for simple little gold fish/ cold water fish. Of course can always have bad luck with fish so nothing guaranteed, but these have always been healthy and well cared for little guys, so a good bet if you have your pond or tanks set up to receive them!”

“Our puppy Peggy always comes home very tired, what more can we ask! Gail sends us videos of walks during the day so we can see she’s being well looked after. Overall service is great, pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening. The dogs all seem to have a great time playing together and Peggy always seems excited when Gail is at the door to pick her up.”

“Ronnie looked after my jack Russell and Lakeland terrier cross two brothers called Ronnie&Reggie while I was playing in a golf tournament they can be abit of a handful to say the least first time they had been to her what a lovely lady puts you at ease straight away that she will take care of the two Herbert’s to be honest I felt more worried for her lol but she had them under control in no time sent me photos and updates of them all out enjoying the walk together in fact I think didn’t really want to come home they enjoyed themselves that much fed them dinner when home both flat out on the sofa very content terriers I cannot recommend Ronnie enough even gave both of them a kiss goodbye patience of a saint!!! if you need someone to look after your dogs and in safe hands look no further will definitely use again if my numbers not barred lol thanks again Ronnie rgds Jimmy”

“We took our 1 year old rescue German Shepherd/Husky to be groomed today not knowing how he would react. We were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Marley was happy to poodle off to be groomed. He came back to us wagging his tail looking and smelling gorgeous. Thank you so much for looking after him and treating him so well. “Usually we would get family members to look after our cat while we're away, but for the first time since we got our little boy it wasn't possible, so I got in touch with Amanda. She responded immediately and I was happy to hear she wanted to come to our house to meet our cat and talk about everything in person. Our boy took an immediate liking to Amanda, she is so calm and gentle. She took notes of everything we discussed which was really reassuring. Things such as feeding instructions and what our cat likes and dislikes. Once we left for our holiday everything went absolutely smoothly. Amanda sent us regular updates, including photos and videos, which was fantastic. We could see our cat loved her company and it really put our minds at ease knowing he was in such good hands. Amanda was always quick to respond to messages and we came back home to a happy and relaxed little boy. We can definitely recommend her to anyone and have already recommended her to our neighbours and friends as she proved to be trustworthy and reliable. Her prices are also more than reasonable but most importantly she is really great with cats, our little boy loved her.”

“We have used Fernlea Cattery several times to look after our cat (Leo) in the last few years for a lengthy period each time and we have been very pleased with the service they have provided. Simon and Theresa are both delightful people and they love all the cats they look after! We don't think cats will receive any better care, when they are away from home, any where! “Amy from Woof Woof Walk initially started doing puppy visits for us. Now our puppy is 5 months + he has progressed to proper walks and is loving it. I was very anxious about leaving him at first but both Catherine and Amy quickly put me at ease. It is clear they have the dogs best interests at heart. Both ladies are very responsive on text and extremely accommodating of my often last minute requests (ever changing work set up). I would highly recommend them to any dog owner. I know my whippet puppy is in safe hands with them.”

“BEST TRAINING SCHOOL EVER!!! I have recently completed a 3 day cat grooming course with Heidi and her daughter Christine and I Absolutely loved every minute of it! Every one of the Absolutely Animals team were so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable which helped me massively with my learning. I came to this Grooming school knowing very little about cats and after 3 days I left with the confidence to groom any cat and inform their owners on how to look after their cats coat. Since my training I have now successfully completed cat grooming days at my salon and am so happy to now be confident and knowledgeable enough to offer this service along side dog grooming. I was so happy with the quality of training and the passion that the groomers have for teaching and caring for animals that I have decided to complete a level 4 qualification with Heidi and am hoping to send one of my staff members on their level 3 dog grooming qual very soon.”

“I don’t think I can put into words just how fantastic Dogsaloud is and how much it means to my husband and I to have Nilly and Ron looking after our dog. We came across Dogsaloud by chance after moving to the area and it turned out to be the perfect place for Hazel. She’s been going to Nilly’s for about 3 years now and she absolutely loves it there, she pulls towards Nilly’s door when we walk past and when we drop her off she runs straight upstairs and makes herself comfy on the sofa, not one look back. It’s much more than a boarding place, it has become a second home for Hazel. We love it that she spends her time in a house in the company of people and other dogs and not isolated in a kennel; she goes for nice, long walks, and in fact we found out about a lot of great walking places from Nilly; she’s well looked after and she’s even allowed to sleep in bed UNDER THE COVERS, just like she does at home. Nilly’s been absolutely brilliant from the beginning, very accommodating and very flexible, which is great for two disorganized people like us. She’s helped us out in many, many ways, even taking Hazel to the vet for us when she got injured just before we started work. We really couldn’t ask for anything more, Dogsaloud is excellent!!!”
