We especially liked their traditional dishes like Thimi vegetables and masu farci (house special lamb) and the Ghurka beer of course!”

“This was our first time trying Nepalese food and our waitress was extremely helpful, giving us brilliant recommendations (and the service overall was friendly). The menu has a wide range of choice, from popular and well-known to more traditional Nepalese dishes. It was all delicious, and a good price for the portions, especially the sharing platter. We will definitely be visiting again for the great food and lovely ambiance.”

“We visited & ate in the restaurant on a random midweek evening. The staff were friendly and attentive, the menu had a great selection, and the food was outstanding. We had the Everest Special Chicken, Grukhali lamb, Bhindi Sukha, and Everest Mixed Platter. All was excellent quality, but got cold quickly so could have done with a hotplate.”

“Last night I checked out places to eat out in Hayes for today and I came across your establishment. I was not sure about it but out of sentiment for Nepal which we visited exactly 5 years ago, and out of curiosity, we gave it a go! What a good decision it was! A clean and atmospheric place it is, with a smiling young woman taking orders, and really tasty food. My rice cooked to perfection, chicken and dahl yummy, all fresh, and the milk tea just as I like it. All four of us were very happy with the experience. “This is our regular curry restaurant. We've been coming here for many years. It used to be called The Gurkha Kitchen but they changed the name, although the staff and menu remained the same. The food is well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. I could just deduct one star as there are parts of the restaurant that could with a lick of paint, but as the food and friendly service are so good, I want to stick with a full star count. I can recommend it.”

“I have tried Gurkha's Inn for dinning and a takeaway from a delivery app and I can say this is definitely a gem of Greenwich. For takeaway ordered their mixed biriyani and a green-minty chicken curry and the taste was phenomenal. Even the dips and the small vegetable curry that came with the biriyani was tasty. The food is absolutely delicious and not once have I had a poor experience in taste. A truly memorable place simply by taste alone and I'd recommend it to anyone.”
