"Sorry but are these highlights worth 80£? I was thinking to not write a bad review as Rica was very friendly and lovely to me, however every time I am blow drying my hair I want to cry. The salon does not seem clean (hair in the corners and on shaving machine), service provided was fast but, not professional at all. 2 member of staff were working on my hair, a guy kept asking question how highlights are done, finishing result you can all see from photos. I know that hair dying is damaging as I am doing it over 6 years but, never after the service my hair were this dry and uncontrollable."
