The studio was clean, warm and a great atmosphere. Josh is a great guy and both times I have been to him we have had a great laugh. “I ordered Matteo’s and it was made extremely efficiently and got to me in minutes. The pasta was great considering it was delivered, I do wish the arrabbiata had a bit more spice as it was pretty sweet. I’d give it 4.8 stars if I could but Matteo certainly deserves well above 4 stars.”

The place is minimal on decor, which is nice as the space is quite small, although there are decent sized changing rooms downstairs. Staff very friendly and helpful, the young guy working was up for giving an honest opinion when asked about the ideal sizing of a particular item on me, which I appreciated. Also great taste in music as I asked what was being played on the store system and he told me he had looked it up himself earlier and we both agreed it was a tune. Would ideally dock one star as I think the items are just a little overpriced, but the attention to cuts and colours in particular, as well as the customer service, kind of make up for that, plus if money isn't an issue then this is a very good place to spend it!”

Singh was the manager on shift and yet took our order and made us feel welcomed. The other staff were friendly and really helpful too. Honestly the dining experience was 10/10, the food was 10/10 and the service 10/10. Cant fault them even if i tried. Halal chicken and lamb served. I've now dined at ims for 5 years and after years of loving Thai food and trying out every Thai in the Borough at the very least this place has become my regular. Not only this but jasmine the owner with her husband make the space welcoming and inviting with lovely decoration. It's wonderful, friendly and a humble environment. The prices are very reasonable as I recently had a look at other local Thai restaurants and considering the portion sizes the value is reasonable. Always been very happy to cater to my young child's needs also, high chairs available and patience given. I cannot fault this restaurant.”
