"What an appalling service! 3 minutes late for the appointment and you do not see your patients. If you need to see people before make the appointment before, don’t ask to be 15 minutes before the appointment. Funny enough the 3 times I came here I was never seen on time, once I waited for 45 minutes. How hypocritical! I don’t have money to come again as I am living in pain, I cannot work as much and I am counting pennies. “Everyone is in pain!” The receptionist said! Your human side can be scratched! I am sad for the people that depend on your service. I am sad that I need you! You don’t care, how sad. I had to walk all around old street to get to underground one train was closed and I had to get into another line, up and down stairs since 18:00. And I arrive 3 minutes and you the heartless “person” said no! And no is no. No humanity, no compassion, no care. And that is a very sad to see that there is no compassion, you don’t care for your people! I am embarrassed for you. “Everyone is is pain”. How sad!"
