"The person behind the till was very helpful. Gave in my two hermes return parcels and he had no issues with it what so ever and just processed it right away. I have had some retailers in the past who put on a face when i just have hermes returns. My daughter had also sneezed and he was very quick to grab some kitchen roll from the shelf, open it and offer it to her as i had no tissues on me. Very helpful and A* customer service. Keep up the good work."
