"came here a few weeks ago for a trim just below my shoulders with slight layers and curtain bangs and never again. first off, having wavy hair, my hair was very unprofessionally cut dry, and when i consult the lady doing it about it she gives an unbothered shrug. communication was horrible, receiving only lazy one worded answers. i wanted it just below my shoulders, and she said she'll cut it longer at first to see how i like it. however, she starts from the back and by the time i see what it looks like it is way too short, neck length. i specifically asked for it not to be cut as a bob and that is what i ended up receiving. it was also cut so wonky that there were strads of hair oddly sticking out in places. we had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed, and she was horrified at how awful it was. in previous hairdressers i've been to, they communicated their ideas as we went along, and cut specifically for my hair type. i might as well have done it myself than go here. waste of money."
