Rooms are very good standard and extremely clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a lot of choice. The spa was great, the children had amazing time in the pool, we had a chance to enjoy a lovely steam room, hot tube and sauna. The water in the pools is perfect temperature too. A big thank you to Alvaro for making sure everything was perfect for us. We are really happy that we could do our weekend again, the stay was amazing.”

Rooms are clean and it is recommended to book deluxe room due its spacious size compared to similar category in London, rooms have reasonable amenities (i posted photo from Deluxe room no 618 overlooking Oxford Street). I usually book room based on Bed and Breakfast to enjoy the delicious fresh open buffet breakfast which you can also be ordered at the room. The hotel offer free WiFi and daily HK cleaning. You can request from the hotel to arrange airport transfers at very reasonable rates. Hotel is adjacent to Bond metro station which enables easy access to major tourists attractions as well as shopping areas (Disney shop is downstairs). Also, within the walking distance there are many shops and cafes nearby the hotel. Highly recommended.”

It was exceptionally clean and not tatty like so many London hotels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The reception, breakfast and bar were all lovely. The underground was a 15 min walk away but you can also order yourself a taxi if you don’t want to walk.”

It was a busy Friday night and we were served in about 25 minutes, which was great considering the restaurant was nearly full. Both staff who served were excellent and a credit to Prezzo, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Thanks to the team for having us fed in time for the cinema!”

Service was a bit slow, but staff are charming (we weren't in a hurry, so waiting wasn't a problem). Food was delicious. Modern building with high ceilings, loads of natural light and plants, makes it a very pleasant environment.”
