Ordered a few things in their sale only to learn a week later that none of it was stocked in London. Ended up waiting nearly a month for my order to arrive from New York. They still neglected to refund even my postage despite my asking. In fact, when I phoned their 'customer care' line the gentleman I spoke to seemed as if he could not care less about the inconvenience. I definitly will not be shopping here again.”

“Had a piercing at the Foubert’s Place store today, after having a couple at other stores previously. It’s a lovely little shop, with a wide range of jewellery to suit all budgets. Love the smaller sized studs and hoops that just feel more elegant. My piercing experience with Tyler was great! I had my Tragus and my Conch (which was an idea from one of the store workers when I said I didn’t know what to get) And it was pain free, really comfortable and choices of piercing jewellery is great. I wish they ‘d have more in the titanium range than solid gold (as these are much pricier) but still had some great options and can’t wait to swap out for my some A&M studs I have. Thanks!”
