“Beautiful authentic Indian food! Had a gorgeous takeaway the other night with my two sons. All three of our main courses were different and had their own unique taste and flavours. They loved the lamb bhuna and the lamb shank. They are converted to Chowka! Pork Vindaloo was unlike anything you get served up in your typical takeaway. Well spiced and tasting as a proper vindaloo should. And they aubergine are to die for!!!! Never disappoints.”

“We love Apna! This is our go-to takeaway. We've tried most dishes on the "modern classics" menu and have enjoyed each one, but our favourite is the Gurkha's Revenge (lamb) and Pista Malai (chicken). “We've been looking for a good Indian takeaway in our area for ages now and have tried plenty but never been really satisfied with the food. This is by far the best we've had by a long way! We had a good selection from across the menu, lamb, chicken, prawns and vegetarian and there wasn't a bad thing on there! The saag paneer was absolutely delicious and the garlic naan was superb! This is definitely a place we will be returning to and I highly recommend it to anybody in the area looking for a good Indian takeaway!”

“Used this restaurant in it's previous guise of Punjab and was disappointed when it changed hands and became Indiagate. Fears were confirmed on the first visit. Heard recently ownership had changed again and decided to give it another go. The improvement was marked. Food much better and a general impression that the place was well set to get back to former glories.”
