“I performed a lot of research into mid-to-high range kitchens such as Howdens and John Lewis. I found that their approach was too objective, too focused on getting a quick sale, and not considerate of what we needed. This prompted me to look at an independent seller which is how I was recommended London Koncepts. As this was to a be a 'long term' kitchen we wanted to ensure that we didn't want to rush our choice. The manager looked at our plans closely, asked us lots of questions what we were trying to achieve (we're a family house, needing more storage, we like cooking a lot etc), our taste and of course, our budget. The manager was able to show us a great range of designs and rather than focus on us buying the most expensive product, quickly understood exactly what we needed. He was right. The team came to our house that week to size up the fitting and within a few days we had a great set of 3D drawings. As our kitchen is in a basement, the manager was able to explain the sort of worktops we needed, lighting and all fittings. From start to finish, the manager appraised us at each step of the delivery process, and we didn't have any issues regarding the kitchen parts (nothing broken or missing) or the fitting. I can't recommend London Koncepts highly enough. It isn't Wren or B&Q, it's a lot better than those so please don't waste your time if you're looking for a cheap kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen thanks to the manager.”

The management and staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and exceedingly helpful throughout the purchasing process from selection, ordering and finally delivery. I noticed one reviewer stated that some items aren't always available to purchase the same day but I think this is often the case with larger items wherever you go and personally knowing that something is being specifically made for you outweighs this and waiting a while for its delivery is not an issue for most people. In a marketplace where more and more is moving online I would urge you to support our local traders before they all disappear. Keep up the good work.”

“I found MG London via the internet as I was looking for a firm that could do various handyman type jobs at my flat I rent out in central London. Initially it was to install a new fitted dishwasher which required some extra carpentry work. I’ve since called on them to fit some shelving in an airing cupboard, and to replace some faulty bathroom light fittings and a pull cord. I have found the company to be very responsive and reliable.
