"Just went in to buy a few things and was faced with absolutely disgusting behaviour from one staff member - Asst: 014, Clerk: 007. One of the items which I was purchasing did not have a barcode on it, this cashier asked me to go and find a new one and bring her the barcode. Correct me if I am wrong, but are they not paid to do these things? I declined and asked if she can ask one of her colleagues who were just walking around as the store was not at all busy, within seconds another member of staff bought the item over for scanning. Needless to say the cashier was annoyed and forgot how to use 'please' and 'thank you'.....simply grunted..."do you want a bag?", "take out your card". JD train your staff or at least reprimand them for providing useless service!!!"

"Staff are so rude! I had to give 1 star just so I can write this review but they don't deserve any stars. They made a mistake by giving me someone else's parcel, when I came back to return it to them they blamed me for not checking it! Staff was so rude she argued with me infront of my kids! Also the messiest jd I have ever been too."
