“Vesuvio's did not disappoint us for our Valentines meal. Great portion sizes and excellent friendly service with a smile. I had the bruschetta to start which was so good, the balance of the garlic and dressing with the sharpness of the tomatoes was perfect. For mains I wanted the seafood risotto which wasn't on the special valentines menu but they were so accommodating and said they would give me it anyway and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and perfectly emulsified making it decadent and creamy also very generous with the seafood. For dessert I had Tiramisu, again proper nice and creamy. Lovely soft biscuits soaked in coffee that tasted so clean, cold and fresh. We will be coming back 100% Keep it up Vesuvio's you're doing such a good job at creating an amazing, relaxing atmosphere.”

“It was my first time here, and from the very first moment, I loved it! We came in, and the staff accommodated us at a fantastic table by the window. They took our jackets and poured water—such a perfect start. The atmosphere is wow. Its candles and soft lights would be the perfect place for a date. We let the kitchen surprise us with a selection of starters. All of which I really liked, but I particularly recommend the arancini. Another must-try of this place is the homemade ravioli with lemon, yellow tomatoes and buffalo ricotta. I couldn’t try the pumpkin risotto because I was so full, but I will definitely return.”

“So we were looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, with our two kids. My wife is a lover of seafood so found really positive reviews for The Boys Italian Seafood Restaurant. It's hidden away down Queen Street in Gravesend - a quiet area of the town close to parking. OMG - this is heaven if you, like my missus, love all foods that come out of an ocean or river. What can I say. Great food (couldn't fault anything at all), very good service, very friendly family run business, reasonably priced too. They specifically made a fresh pizza for our three year old son (it was delicious by the way). If you, like us, love seafood....or if you want to grab a freshly made true Italian pizza, then I'd recommend The Boys anytime. We're so impressed we will be going back real soon.”

“One of the best sunday roasts I've had in a restaurant, perfect potatoes, big fluffy yorkshire puddings and amazing gravy. Their cocktails were great, with a big, interesting selection. We went with our toddler and they were really welcoming and engaging with her. They kindly did a kids roast for us (it wasnt on the menu). There is a 2 hour limit on tables, which is a bit tight if you want a leisurely lunch, but they extended ours slightly for us. Food came out of the kitchen very quickly. We will be back without a doubt”

“I used to be a regular visitor at the sainsburys cafe, whilst studying it was a shame it closed down, staff was always friendly and very helpful. I cannot believe how much nicer this new Restaurant Hub is! It’s been open for a week now and visiting there on Friday was such a Memorable Experience. I am visually impaired and suffer with anxiety at times, but this new hub is so well thought together, with bright colours a really chilled atmosphere and a Great selection of food from Breakfasts to lunches hot drinks to shakes. My Server Valentine went out and above his way to assist me and when asked How he likes working for the hub, there was a genuine happy feeling and a huge smile. For this reason I will return because the staff are definitely a happy and professional team. Well Done to the manager for his strong and selective workforce, and also for his regular appearance on the restaurant floor, greeting and talking to customers like me and getting hands on just like his strong staff members. This will now be my Go to, Congratulations on your opening Xx”

I wish I could have eaten more! The portions are great sizes for the price, and the starters, mains, and desserts all tasted amazing. I also highly recommend the espresso martini! With us dining on work expense, we asked if we could split the bill for what each of us owed, and the staff were more than accommodating to allow us to do that, and to say we each only had a budget of £35, we got a lot for our money! Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait for my next trip to Watford to visit again!”

“What a great find. Small but perfectly formed. Staff were lovely and the owners are great. Really comfortable atmosphere and loved seeing photos of the family and restaurant over the years. On to the food. We had the bruschetta with burrata and crispy parma ham for starters. Was fab. I then had the homemade papadelli with pork, nduja and rosemary. Absolutely delicious. Will be definitely visiting again soon. There was so much on the menu that I'm excited to try”
