“OMG. Loved this place - one of my favourite meals of 2022, despite it being mostly vegetarian. The only thing I didn't like was the aubergine...but more my tastebuds kind of thing. Cassava was a revelation, the cauliflower fried bits were gorgeous, the black bean tacos were surprisingly good. Even the chicken was great. Don't be afraid if you are a carnivore like me...venue is awesome too, and quite the surprise.”

“27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“Used to shop here when I was in London. The best market in the neighborhood. You can find anything, thousands of products from different countries waiting for you to shop. Ardil and Akif are great people, if you ask for help they're always trying to do their best. Couldn't find any market in my new place, today I was chatting with my friends about shopping and remembered here and I noticed that I didn't give 5 star for here. Not a local, but always worth the journey for me on a Sunday morning to stock up our larder: rarities like Zalatina for Xmas, and top quality staples including Halvas, Kolokasi, Poules, Lountza, Louganiga/Pastirmas, Lahana, Trahanas, and everything else imaginable, including a wide assortment of olive oils. With calming and contemplative Greek Orthodox chanting playing quietly in the background, Demos makes for a very pleasant Sunday morning's shopping indeed, working as an antidote to the mind-numbing soulessness and sterility of the big supermarkets.”

“We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. “I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. I have always had a pleasant experience, but my most recent experience has been so fantastic I really wanted to share how lovely it has been. Upon arrival I got chatting to a staff member (Rita) about our stay and mentioned it was my friend's (the other guest) birthday. She pulled me aside and asked for my room number and told me she would do something special. When we came back from an evening at the theatre we found that Rita had placed confetti, birthday banners, chocolates, prosecco and balloons in our room. When we went down to thank her she took the time to chat to us and made sure we had everything we needed. When we mentioned we were staying a few nights she asked if we had booked breakfast for the morning. When we said we hadn't she sorted it so we had a complimentary breakfast for the next day. She made us feel so welcome and homely, it really made me emotional. With all that is going on in the world at the moment, it restored my faith in humanity to have someone do such a selfless act just out of the kindness of their heart. I will never stay at another hotel in London again. This hotel is superior by far. Thank you so much Rita and the team for making our stay so enjoyable.”
