When we walked in to your shop, Miranda was so welcoming and explained how to choose the right worktop. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a nice tour in the workshop. John spent a good amount of time to do the measurements for the worktop. He asked me some valuable questions about how I would like the worktop to be which helped me to choose everything I wanted. He went above and beyond to match the quartz worktop design to our kitchen. I was quite stressed about the worktop been installed but when Tarek and his team entered our home with great confidence, instantly my worries were over. They were extremely cautious with their work and took care of everything as if it was their own home. They finished the entire installation with great care and respect. Jethro is calming, kind and reassuring from start to finish. We had breaks when I needed, stopped for refreshments and powered through. The whole process, from design ideas, through multiple iterations of the layout, options on finishes and ultimately the upgrade to the signature cabinets and oak internals was seamless. Once the design was approved delivery and installation were managed as a finely co-ordinated project, and their fitters were superb. They worked quickly, quietly and attention to detail was meticulous. Minor delivery damage to units was expertly remedied, and the amount of comments we get on the quality of materials, fit and finish speak for themselves. We would not hesitate to recommend Sheraton to anyone looking to invest in a top quality kitchen. Ours puts a smile on our face every time we are in it.”

“We absolutely loved this shop. They have several branches in the market, and the one we went to was on the ground floor behind all the food stores near the canal itself. The staff were amazing (a cute, very well dressed guy with shoulder length hair who we think was Spanish, and a lovely Italian girl who had more of a French accent and a big smile) and gave great advice on what would or would not suit us. I was after a waistcoat for my wedding and they had exactly what I was looking for, and in the end I also took a jacket and trousers. The prices are really competitive - around £240 for a cool, 3 piece tweed suit is amazing. One of my fave shops now.”
