“I am so pleased to have found Shaibul. I posted on a Wapping Whatsapp group asking if anyone knew a good plumber and I immediately got several responses highly recommending Shaibul. I contacted him and he responded quickly and fixed a time to come over. He phoned me that morning to confirm what time he would arrive. He was extremely polite and communicative. He talked me clearly through the options and cost benefit of each and didn't use lots of industry jargon like many plumbers do that most people don't understand! He did not try to talk me into the most expensive option but actually recommended the quicker and cheaper option which was him fixing our current radiator rather than pulling out the whole thing and re-piping it as he said it was not necessary. As an added bonus, he also fixed an electric radiator in our bathroom which we have been struggling to get help with for the past 4 months with several engineers being unable to solve the problem! He waited until he was certain the issue was completely resolved, unlike others who have tried to do a quick fix and then left before ensuring the issue was actually resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using him again in the future for any jobs that I have.”

“I called a company to unblock my kitchen sink. They charged me a lot and said everything was working fine but the next morning the sink was blocked again. Looking at the good feedback I called Luli plumbing and heating and this was the best choise. He unblocked the sink and also changed the pipe that kept blocking because it was not installed properly . I have had no problems since Lisian concluded this job. Thank you very much.”

Having been messed around by local plumbers who played the usual guessing game with our old boiler and cost us money by replacing bits that didn't need replacing, I went in search of a new boiler. After my experience with the above, I went to ZARA HEATING with a certain amount of apprehension, not knowing what to expect. I can only say this: Craig, the ZARA HEATING installer who did the job, was absolutely top notch. On time, put down dust sheets everywhere(without being asked), worked solidly throughout the day and finished everything on time and done properly. No mess, no fuss, absolutely first class job. The ZARA HEATING contracted scaffolders (necessary for a 3 storey house to replace the roof flue) turned up dead on time, did a quick and efficient job and were gone promptly the job was finished. So far as ZARA HEATING, the company, well, all I can say is, it's brilliant. The price was extraordinarily good, the communication before the installation first class, thanks to Scott and others in sales and customer service, and the whole thing went off very, very well.
