“I trained with RAaW back in 2012-2014, this was a really transitional experience for me, not only as a writer performer but also as a person. The training is intense and of the highest quality, covering everything from emotional availability and acting for camera, right through to stage combat and comedy writing. The course teaches the truth about the industry, encouraging the student to to be a well rounded performer and creative who makes their own opportunities. RAaW has a warm supportive, family which makes you the best performer you can be. Since the course, I have explored lots of creative paths with the tools that I was equipped with, I am now a writer and poet as well as a performer and am constantly evolving and changing. RAaW taught me the importance of creating your own work which has been not only been hugely rewarding on a personal level but has also lead to some fantastic career opportunities!”

My tutor, William, was always very helpful as well as the Principle, Nicolas, who was friendly and always engages with his students. Thanks to them I was able to achieve a D*D* and heading to Uni this September. “Great school. My son started there in OG (Year 6) last September and loves it. Kids are bright, parents are friendly and the teaching seems excellent. Doesn't matter what you are into (music, sport etc.) they seem to cater for it. Although it's a private school, it's a lot less snobby than some state schools - especially some of the Grammar schools.”

“I started my degree with GSM London and when they gone in to administration I moved to CU London its one of the best choices I have made. I have met some really good people from the reception to cleaners. The lecturers are so professional and can respond to you as quick as they can. Classes with Raza Mubasher are always fun, he is one of the best. I enjoyed his lectures. He teaches amicably and focuses on the practice work much. He breaks the lengthy accounting calculations and makes it easy”

Whether it was a distant or on campus learning, the support was always top-notch. They really do teach. Despite some negative reviews below, I believe you just have to genuinely aim for those 70+ grades and actually study towards the high results. Throughout 3 years of my degree, I have always received a reply to all of my emails, whether I needed help with the topic covered during the lecture/seminar or just a timetable enquiry. Teachers at LSBU, are always willing to go an extra mile to help their students. Workshops, extra revision sessions, one to one tutorials, you just have to attend those. Even though my finals are in January 2023, I am very grateful to everyone who was there for us, and to the incoming students - I wish you the best of luck!”
