They are super hard working, very professional and always take such great care of my dog every time we go. I haven't had the best experience with dog groomer's in the past so finding this team has been a God send! Unfortunately I don't know the other gentleman's name but he cut my dog's hair the last few times and he is insanely talented! BEST DOG GROOMER'S IN TOWN!!! “This is how all shops used to be and how most shops should be now. Went in to ask if they had a tap cartridge for my kitchen sink. Lovely helpful team firstly, tried a repair with silicone grease but when that didn’t work I popped back and they had found a new one. Before selling it to me, they double checked all the fittings to ensure it would work for my mixer tap. Great price for the part and got home and it fits and we no longer have a dripping tap. Thanks too all the team for their expertise.”

“Found Crown Garages by way of recommendation on Next Door when I needed to get my MOT done in the midst of COVID restrictions, and used them again for a battery issue and most recently the first annual service since buying my car second hand. What a gem this place is. Local, so saves me £30 in Uber fees back and forth to a dealership that never picks up the phone or calls you back for any service booking requests - and fantastic service from Barry and Dean. Barry talked me through the next service due and suggested getting that and the MOT sorted at the same time. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on.”

“Shopped in Richmond Pets Corner yesterday and had excellent customer service (as usual). The phrase goes ‘the customer is always right’ and I can tell you that certainly is not the case after what I witnessed. Unfortunately I was in the shop at the same time the poor workers had to deal with a very rude customer. I had a feeling she would write a bad review as she clearly didn’t get her way. People tend to go out of their way to write a bad one if any, so I thought I’d come to write a good, honest one. Despite talking to a particular girl with utter rudeness and degrading her publicly, the worker remained calm, polite and completely professional. No one should have to deal with abuse like that when they are just trying to do their job. I don’t think I could have remained so calm and still be willing to help the customer and resolve her issue. It sounds like that customer won’t be shopping there again and I’m pleased about that for the sake of the lovely staff in there. Keep doing the great job you always do and don’t let these petty people upset you. You certainly have a lifelong customer here.”
