"Pleasant therapist but poor outcome. Embarrassed of my hands quite honestly. Thankfully customer service have been extremely helpful and have rebooked me with someone else to have the botched job fixed later this week. Manicure done fine but lumpy gel, poorly shaped- some sharp edges to my the, debris trapped in gel and gel under my nail and on my skin. My friend had a good experience with Kat but unfortunately I couldn’t book with her due to timings, but definitely will be more wary of who I’m booking in future!"
