“I have been using Harefield (Danny and Marie run this business) for over 10 years for the cars I have owned including my Audi A1. They have been 100% reliable, fantastic service and always deliver the car back to me repaired - SAFE - and at a very reasonable cost. An example of how fantastic their personal service to my husband and I was demonstrated today. During an inspection of his car, my husband's iphone slipped down through the engine cavity and was lost. Without any quibble or hesitation, the car was seen to immediately. Danny got the car on the ramps. Took bits off it and dug around with a torch. The phone was miraculously produced from underneath the complicated mechanics and restored in perfect condition. All this and NO CHARGE - I guess this is the sort of fantastic thoughtful service that he offers to all his regular customers. Thank you Danny and Marie.”

Initially, I visited De Beers in Selfridges inquiring about a necklace I had seen online, which was only available in White or Rose Gold. Jenny was very helpful from the moment I stepped foot in the store, offering to inquire as to whether the necklace could be made in Yellow Gold. Within days Jenny had arranged a special order for the necklace. Jenny was very efficient in arranging and processing the order, providing regular updates and organising the delivery. “After visiting Selfridges and them not having the size I needed ,we were advised to visit the Harrods boutique. I was shopping for my wedding shoes so I was very specific about the shoe I wanted and knew the size I needed. I picked up the display shoe, and one of the advisors Nathan spotted me and offered to help me. He got me the size I needed, and asked what the occasion was and I said I was shopping for my wedding shoes, he instantly said 'Congratulations' and went to the back to get myself, my partner and my 2 friends a glass of champagne to celebrate. He was very engaging from start to finish and his service was impeccable. He even suggested a matching clutch bag to go with the shoes (true salesman), although when he went to show me the clutch bag after asking his manager which drawer it was in, she proceeded to respond very abruptly and rudely to him 'how many times do I have to tell you where it is' which I personally found very rude and I was quite offended at how she treated him considering the service he had been giving us throughout, someone needs to have a word with her and how she treats her staff.”
