“The best customer service I have ever experienced from Ben. I had bought several pairs of shoes from both the Guildford store and from Loake directly online. I rang ahead to ask about a polishing service which Ben was happy to confirm existed. Upon arriving despite Ben knowing that there wasn’t going to be sale as such he was only to happy to spend 25 mins discussing the best way to care for your shoes and take 4 pairs of shoe in to be polished professionally. To top it off as I live locally to him he delivered them to my home. The shoes are absolutely immaculate. This is the sort of customer service that is often talked about but in my experience seldom delivered with premium brands. Ben is an absolute credit to the company and if anyone at head office actually reads this I would strongly advise you to keep hold of this young man at all costs. EXCELLENT.”

The difference in buying something online vs buying in store is the interaction and the experience from the latter! Marta at the shop showed me how to put on a pair of Chelsea boots properly - very useful advice indeed!
