"The advertised opening time of 10am online and on the shop window are not correct. I arrived at 10am and the door was closed. Shutters were up, lights were on and the door to the back office were shut. There was no note on the door stating if the owner was out. I waited until 10.20am for the place to open and knocked on the window a few times but no one came out. I left. This wasted my time when I was working. Not just the 20 minutes waiting outside but the time to get there and back and will have to arrange a haircut elsewhere. I know leaving bad reviews can impact business. I am posting this as it was a huge waste of my time the owner should have answered the knocking to let me know how long I needed to wait or left a note if he was out."
