There's always a lovely big smile and big mug of coffee waiting for me, along with expert advice about my hair - occasionally, not what I want to hear, but what I NEED to hear, which is extremely important to me as it demonstrates that their honesty always ensures the quality of their work is never compromised. Kim has done a superb job of bringing my dull, lifeless head of hair back from the dead and I love Sophie's scissor hands! I honestly wouldn't trust any other group of people in London with my hair now. I used to hate going to the hairdresser's but I love coming here, I actually look forward to it as a special treat, it always lifts my mood. I couldn't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a new hairdresser.”

We tried a hair salon in Poplar but it was rery rushed and not done nicely. I really liked the way Sonia worked. She made Maryam comfortable she constantly asked Maryam her opinion on what she wanted. She took her time, making sure the haircut was to how Maryam wanted it.
