"I just had a great haircut experience with Veda who is very professional and efficient. I always like to hear what a hair stylist think about my hairstyle instead of just telling them what I want; and she gave a good recommendation based on my face shape and requirement (easy to maintain), balancing convenience and style. I can tell she understands Asian hairs very well and are also very experienced. I booked a ladies haircut and whole process (giving advice, hair washing, cutting, drying and styling) is top notch efficient - completed within the hour whilst looking good. She also gave me some tips on how to maintain my hair easily. The plus side is, I’m not a talker during haircuts and she respects that. I can comfortably space out quietly without having to worry about upsetting the hair stylist or that the haircut might go wrong. If you are a non-talker like me, definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely go again."

"My stylist was so kind and sweet and I hate to give her a less than glowing review, but I wouldn’t recommend her for layers or thick, straight hair. The cut looked good in the salon after it’d been styled and curled, but after a shower at home I realized how choppy and uneven it really was. I asked for layers and from the back you can see two jagged levels, rather than properly cut layers that flow nicely against each other. ): It’s honestly a mess and I wish I’d asked for a blunt cut instead."

"Just had a haircut for the first time at Jeju after reading all the great reviews and how they're great with Asian hair. I had Vida (apologies for the incorrect spelling) and she was absolutely amazing. She combed through my hair and patiently asked me what I wanted to which I showed her the photos. My hair is very fine, damaged and thin and she explained how she can tailor my hair to be similar to the photo and talked me through the entire process. I love how honest she was with me when I asked how damaged my hair was, if I could perm my hair and if the colour needs updating etc. That's when I knew she was a hairdresser I can trust. Can't wait to cut/ colour my hair again in 3-6 months time with her!"
