“My partner and I attended sessions with Zak recently to work through a variety of areas in our relationship. Zak is professional, down to earth and completely relatable which means he is easy to open up and talk to. He is practical and straight to the point and I would look forward to our weekly sessions as a forum for my partner and and I to really talk. The sessions helped us to start better communicating with each other and to not see talking about problems as negative and as a reason to be defensive but as a positive exercise to build better foundations. We will be continuing less frequent sessions in the future to keep us aligned with each other.”

The classes are nice, love the yoga here, the hiit is killer, you get a good burn! All round, great place to get fit , everyone is really professional. The cards don’t always work, but again it hasn’t been a huge issue for me since I’ll just speak to reception”
