“Katy is a lovely lady who has cut my puppy Millie (sproodle) and washed a Cocker Spaniel for me. She did a great job on the cut, Millie came out looking fabulous and was obviously very comfortable there. When we looked after someone's cocker spaniel she kindly fit us in last minute for a wash, and even took out all the matting under his belly for us. I would highly recommend going to Vanity Fur!”

“Everyone at Radlett grooming has been fantastic, Amy is very understanding of dealing with our dogs who are rescues. A one eyed West Highland Terrier and our two Street dogs from Egypt. They have not been used to even having a bath so Amy had her work cut out! We have been using Radlett grooming for many years. Our Lahsa Apso who will soon be sixteen started going there just after our Daughter did her work experience with Yvonne. Yvonne has supported us on a personal level with the rescue dogs and we have become great friends. I first met Yvonne when our westie locked herself in the car, Yvonne drove me all the way home to get the spare car keys but on our return Amy had managed to get the dog to unlock the car. “My spaniel has been going to Barkers every 8 weeks since 12 weeks old, she is now 3.5 years. She is now accompanied by her half brother who is 1 yr old and had been going to Barkers since 14 weeks old. I cannot praise Barkers highly enough. The team are so friendly and knowledgable. They do exactly what you want and thoroughly care for your dog during the visit. The trimming is consistently high standard and my two dogs always look (smell & feel)superb after their pamper sessions. I have seen them handle a very nervous dog with such care and patience. “Had a brilliant few days on the taster training. Would highly recommend trying these taster days if you're thinking of getting into dog grooming. I learnt a lot in 3 days so can't wait to do the Level 3, I think I'm going to come out a confident groomer with their help. Sue and the other staff are always around to help and explain things really clearly. The dogs' safety and wellbeing are also very important to them which I like a lot.”

I must say some of the other branches, (Greenford) do not match this place in either customer service or skill levels.”
