“A beautiful Christmas bouquet was delivered to my address which was meant for someone else, the correct address hadn't been given to the florist by the sender, and I had tried to deliver them myself but with no luck., I contacted Always Flowers and they were very quick to rectify the situation and collected the Bouquet for re-delivery and also left me a lovely bouquet for my help. I have to say that the standard of work and customer care at such a busy time of year was first class and both bouquets were beautiful and would highly recommend.”
