“I took my partner here for afternoon tea on his birthday. We had an excellent time. The staff - Roxanne and Chris - went out of their way to welcome us and to make the experience feel special. The afternoon tea itself was fantastic with beautiful freshly prepared sandwiches and fresh warm scones (baked in-house). Highly recommend for dinner, lunch or a special occasion - we’ll be back soon!”

“Went to the Coach and Horses on Sunday, had booked a table but arrived early, staff were really helpful re-jigging to find us a table in a very busy pub. Great staff, friendly and on the ball. Belly pork roast and beef roast were both excellent! Top marks, will definitely be back,”

“Fantastic service levels over and over again. My nails remain strong as they are handled with care - no overfilling to the point where it damages the nail beds. The nail technicians take feedback and adjust accordingly if anything is out of place. Great location too, delicious cotails. Favourite spot!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Pack and Carriage. It's in a quiet area only a 10 minute walk from the busy Camden. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The breakfast was more than we had hoped for, and the coffee was great. The reception is open 24 hours. As a guest you can use the wifi during your stay. It's an old building so the floors are squeaky, but that makes the place charming. We will definitely come back here again. So I strongly recommend this hotel.”

“We went there for lunch on a windy day. The soup did its job to warm up our stomach a lot. I’m not sure whether the kimchi is homemade or not but it ‘s tasty. I’m definitely interested to buy if they sell it separately. The rice tasted great with all the toppings. We will visit again for sure!”

“We went here for our work Christmas meal and were blown away by the service and food! Jon was fantastic throughout, greeting us, taking orders and even bringing out the food! Every plate of food was delicious and for drinks/food to come to £50 per head was mind blowing (we had the 6 dish tasting menu + beers/wine). “Excellent selection of meaty and vegan burgers. I got the smokin' gun and it was great. Jerk chips nice and crispy with tasty dips. Only negative was that the patty was a bit thin so might be worth upgrading to two patties. Pub is a bit run down but adds to the charm and has a good vibe for the football too.”

“Total find and bit of a hidden gem on a quiet street in SE London, and easily accessible by train or a huge number of buses in south London. The staff were so friendly, warm and accommodating and super polite and professional. Decor was stylish and the venue impeccable. Cocktails were unique and delicious. Would recommend to groups of friends, couples and for events. I’ll definitely be back!”

“One of my favourite pub's, in Abbey Wood. I don't go in there much. But when I do, the locals and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The landlady, always engages with her customers. Old or new and the Sunday roast dinner is top notch too...!”

“I haven’t been so wow-ed by a restaurant in a while. We went for dinner, party of 5. Ambience of the place is intimate yet buzzing and the service was phenomenal - special shout-out to Julio and his team. Chicken was so tender and juicy, a must have, but generally, all food was great and many vegetarian/vegan options as well. Reasonably priced and 100% am going again!”
