I wasn’t even sure Dr Lam and Kirsty could help me but they assured me that although my case was severe, they could help correct my teeth. They gave me hope. They not only corrected my teeth but they restored my confidence too. I’m so grateful for all the work they did on my teeth and for making the whole experience seamless. They even offer you a very nice cup of tea when you get in! :) The gallery specialises in contemporary pop surrealism and figurative art, and exhibits both emerging and established artist of high calibre. Worth a visit if you're around Portobello area!!”

“I live in the US and wanted to deliver flowers to my parents for their anniversary. I spoke with Maria but couldn’t decide what to order because there were so many beautiful floral arrangement options. She was kind enough to send me pics of all the arrangements via WhatsApp for me to choose, and even accepted PayPal. On the day of delivery, she sent me pictures of the flowers and message card via WhatsApp, and let me know as soon as it was delivered so I can call my parents and wish them! My mom was literally gushing over the beautiful flowers every day that week! The entire process from placing the order to delivery was thoughtful and an excellent customer experience. Meticulous about detail and really cares about his job. This was my first ‘proper’ tattoo and I’d definitely go back here again if I wanted another.”

“Could not have had a better experience getting my first piercings at InkHouse. Spoke to KJ a couple weeks before I could get it done to discuss options. He talked me through the process and what to expect on the day and aftercare wise. They found kept a bar that was exactly what I was after for when I turned up on the day, which shows you how much they care about their customers. I was totally comfortable during the piercing (helix and earlobe). They didn’t rush me out the door at all, which is what I gather other studios do. I’ve had to go in a couple times since for aftercare queries, and they’ve been just as great. If I’m getting any other piercings, they’ll be done here!”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the Hairdressing Gallery and the entire team. I love how my hair looks each time I go, and always leave feeling great. Both my daughters and husband also have their hair done there and everyone who works there is so lovely, friendly and really genuine. During all the pandemic you can see they have worked really hard to make the salon safe and to make us as customers safe, at what must have been a great expense to them at an already difficult time. You get a text reminder for your appt and a reminder about all the covid safe procedures in place which I found really reassuring. Price wise they are really reasonable for the level of service you get and the quality of the cut and colour. I have my hair coloured and cut, as does my eldest, my youngest they will also plait into some funky style for her and my hubby has his cut too. I love that it is family run, local but of the standard of any London salon. Cannot recommend enough!”

“I had contact Floral Gallery in Caterham to do my wedding flowers after being recommended their services. After popping down to store and meeting Charlotte I knew I was in safe hands Charlotte was so helpful and professional. We discussed my vision/ ideas to suit my budget and I was so looking forward to it all coming to life. I was so thirlled with the floral wreath hung up in the marquee , it looked amazing ! All my flower arrangements at the church, centerpieces and my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were all beautiful. The roses smelt incredible and everything was perfect. Simplicity is the best. “Haven't met any of the tattooists, but I can't say enough good things about Rhianna and Elin, the piercing team. I've had 9 piercings with them so far and more planned. They always provide a 5 star service: friendly, helpful, happy to answer questions and talk everything through. Never rush or push you if you're unsure. After care service for 2 which swelled more than usual was amazing (and free!). Nothing is too much trouble for them. I've been to piercing places who clearly don't have your best interests at heart, but I believe they definitely do. Piercings can go badly wrong so it is absolutely worth paying for the best possible service. Goes without saying everything is super clean and hygienic. The reception staff are all really nice and helpful as well, even when it's really busy.”

At my first appointment I was asked by Linda which products I use/don’t use and what type of products I like/don’t like using. I really enjoy visiting this salon and would definitely advise others to visit. Linda is a great therapist who really listens to your concerns about your skin.
