“The only jumper that Dylan will wear is his polo neck from Love My Dog. He looks so smart in it and we get lots of comments when he wears it. Most importantly it keeps him really warm as he's a skinny little sausage! PS. Update - I love it so much that I’ve bought the same jumper in another colour for my other sausage dog Basil! ❤️”

“I have a very nervous staffie cross mastiff that hates his feet being touched, his nails were in desperate need of trimming. I called today and they kindly offered to fit him in at the end of the day. These guys done an Absolute amazing job cutting my boys nails. It wasn’t an easy task but with patience’s and team work they got the job done! Fantastic team! I can’t thank you enough!”

I visited Tracy today for the 1st time with our cavalier king charles spaniel & from the get-go she was so kind, welcoming & gentle with him (& me!) that we were instantly at ease. He went in a tangled mess (I stayed in the van with him throughout) & he came out looking, feeling & smelling lovely. Tracy took so much care over his comfort & how we like every bit of him groomed/trimmed & was fully focussed on us both - not easy with a fidgety dog but Tracy was very professional & gave me lots of tips on how to maintain his groom. Needless to say I rebooked on the spot for next time - I've found my go-to groomer!”

“Jamie gave me a hard time about my dog. I like that. Got a Pommy as wife and 4 kids didn’t want a German Shepard. I think I have the worse kept looking Pommy in Essex and I will try to do better Jamie. The fact Jamie took me to task in a kind way shows he is not a Slimy ar$e licking shop owner just in it for the money. I will always come back and I recommend to anyone with a dog like mine to come here for grooming . When my dog leaves this pet Spa I feel like I could pull off putting on a mini skirt and a blonde wig and pretend to be Paris Hilton walking with my Pommy under my arm. Previous pet groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair and I deeply regret going to any odd pet groomer. I should have gone to Pet Spa Essex and done the research. Come here for your dog grooming needs. Jamie also has the whitest teeth I have ever seen so bring sun glasses!”

“We took our rescue Pomeranian to Curracloe for his first groom. He came out looking like a different dog and his fur was so soft. Curracloe offer a fantastic service and lovely staff. Our dog has an external fixation and as our first time with a groomers we were hesitant about where to take him. We read their story online and are so happy we found Curracloe. The team dealt with his injury brilliantly and we were completely at ease leaving him for the hour. Highly recommended.”

“Took our dog khan for the first time he's a big dog Dobbie but a big softie. He had a shampoo, groom and nails cut was very surprised they managed to do his nails as he wouldn't let the vet do them. Thank you so much everyone at LA Dogs he came back smelling fabulous a lovely shiny coat and smaller nails. Understandably he was a bit nervous as also he doesn't like loud noises. I learnt a lot in 3 days so can't wait to do the Level 3, I think I'm going to come out a confident groomer with their help. Sue and the other staff are always around to help and explain things really clearly. The dogs' safety and wellbeing are also very important to them which I like a lot.”

Owen always smells so fresh when he comes out and looks so smart and sometimes has an added bow on his collar (love this) highly recommend.”

“We took our Labradoodle, Pippa in after a quick phone consultation. We have use the same groomers in West Wickham and Beckingham since Pip was a puppy but due to a poor experience chose to try an alternative. We chose Trimdogs as so many local owners spoke so positively about their experiences. Obviously nervouse to use a new groomer but on meeting the staff I was instantly assured that Pip would be well cared for, they came across very friendly and down to earth. On further discussion it was clear that they were knowledgeable and experienced and caring - they don't harness the dogs during their cut and choose to let them 'just be' on the table. I thought this was bonkers and worried how Pip would behave but this approach clearly had a good effect. When we collected Pip she was happy, settled and equally please to see us (although clearly had bonded with her groomer and didnt know who she wanted to be petted by). The cut had surpassed out expectations, there really is a benefit to tring a different groomer - although I can see us sticking with Trimdogs for quite some time. Even if you have been with the same groomer for some time - give Trimdogs a try, even if its just to see the shop - its bonkers, they have a fake garden wall as a counter and a back garden gate for the gods to walk though - very nice attention to detale.”
