“A gem off the Clapham Common high street and underground station. This restaurant was called En Cafe earlier, if I remember correctly. Dumplings and Bao is an interesting mix of a dimsum house and a french patisserie. The food is fantastic as is the service. The owners are very friendly and the service is great. The dimsum were really good. As was the main course and rice. We had ordered a lot for the group, but we managed to polish it all off, clearly a sign that the food was very tasty. It you live around Clapham, do visit this hidden gem or order from here. It's inexpensive and the food is fresh. You will be back for more.”

“This is by far the best Chinese takeaway we have found in a very long time. We have to travel from Keston near Biggin Hill but it is worth the trek as nothing comes close out this way. The produce they use is clearly of a high quality and taste is both exceptional and consistent! The price is also very good.”

“So the driver made a tiny detour and delivered our food to the wrong address. This was highly unusual. My orders from this restaurant always come at a good time and the food is always delicious and fresh. I had to explain a few times that my food hadn’t arrived when I called the restaurant but I was promised I would get me order sent again in half an hour. Not only did my food come a few minutes earlier but the gentleman who runs the restaurant drove the order himself and was very apologetic. Such good service and great food. A*”

“Brilliant service, the lady on the desk always greets me with a smile and calls me by name. I do not live in the area anymore but this is still my favorite Chinese takeaway to go to. Portions are good, the food tastes great and it is usually ready for you pretty quickly. They have a new mix and match menu for something like £10.90. The choices of food on there is really good as it is the most popular foods. It is great value, now I am tempted to go there tonight.”
