“Went to the Newburgh office. Doctor was terrific. So much accomplished in a short time. Prescriptions written, chest x-ray arranged for that day. If your worried about something medical get it sorted asap. No need to watch a physio therapist on video in order to get an in-person physio appointment and then if you get lucky seeing a real live NHS doctor for something not physio based. Don't get anxious - get it sorted!”

“Always happy to help advise on best product to use for over-counter purchases. Staff are really friendly here and know their regulars well. Its lovely to see how neighbourly and respectful they are with the elderly customers, asking how they are, their pet, allotment or just talking about weather. For some thats the only interaction they get all day and staff always smile and chat nicely, not rushing them off to serve the next customer. They can get very busy sometimes, but their organised and so I've never waited more than a few minutes to get what was needed. When my father was on pallative care, we needed medicines which aren't regularly stocked and so as soon as it arrived, they delivered it to my door. They also have plenty of beauty, hygiene and baby products and offer passport photo taking.”

Also the prices there are always reasonable, they have never been out of stock of anything we've needed, and they do all the other services you'd want like travel vaccinations, health checkups etc. A great place!”
