“A big thank you to Robert from Robert’s Fine Jewellery based on the Upper Level of the Belfry Shopping Centre. I needed my watch battery replaced only to discover the back had been cross threaded when it was previously replaced by a jewellers in Kingston Upon Thames. Robert was excellent in making sure the job got done, and sent it to a watch repairer. This only took a couple of days and Robert also steam cleaned and buffed out the scratches on the strap. I can honestly say the watch hasn’t looked so good in years and everything cost only £15 so can’t recommend this jewellers highly enough.”

“Amo is brilliant, had many piercings done by her and it is always such a good experience, she's so friendly and really puts you at ease. The piercings have all healed perfectly and she obviously really understands the importance of individual anatomy in terms of piercings, which some previous peircers I've been to definitely haven't! The selection of jewellery she has is beautiful and the prices are very fair. I've now moved away to a different city but I still wouldn't go to anyone else, I'll wait until I'm around Guildford and go to her, trust her 100% and can't recommend enough!”

Kapil was brilliant in keeping in the loop re: progress, delays, ETA etc. Reassuring that each piece is hallmarked and comes with an authenticity certificate. “I got my nose pierced in Camden 2 weeks ago, but it fell out yesterday evening. I couldn't get it back in so I rushed to my nearest piercing shop, and they replaced it, gave me very little advice. This morning I woke up to find the 2nd piercing had fallen out in my sleep. I called Inkology and they were incredibly helpful, explaining I'd been given the wrong type of stud, and they'd be happy to set me up with the right one, in the colour I liked, and even gave me some advice on how to prevent it from closing in the meantime before I got to them. Once I was there, the piercer Mia, explained everything clearly and carefully, was incredibly kind and friendly, asked me exactly what I wanted and needed, gave me several options, then expertly and gently put in the new stud which shouldn't fall out! She then emailed me an aftercare instruction leaflet and told me to contact them or come in if I had any further problems. From the woman I spoke to on the phone, to the piercer Mia, to the guy tattooing another client next to the cash desk, everyone was friendly, kind, and welcoming - and the entire operation felt a lot more professional and hygienic than the previous 2 (highly rated on Google maps) places I'd been. If you're thinking about getting a piercing I HIGHLY recommend Inkology, I can't speak to their tattooing but I can only imagine it's done with the same level of care, attention to detail and professionality that they handled my matter with.”

In only one day, I learned the process of making a ring in silver and I made beautiful silver rings with Nina's guidance :) Nina is a great teacher! She was very helpful, gave me clear instructions whenever I needed and her class is very organised. Also, social distancing is being respected and all the Covid rules. “I had three piercings and bought four earrings back in October. I took good care of them and followed all the advice. A couple of weeks ago I noticed two had fallen out! I was very upset and felt they must have been loose. Luckily I managed to find one but not the white gold diamond star. I was gutted. Today I went to have the posts resized and told the manager, Dimitri what had happened and how upset I was. Of course it was only my word. He listened to me and to my surprise, he decided to replace the lost earring. I was overwhelmed and couldn’t be more grateful. “Customer service has been excellent Andrieu has been so helpful suggesting the type of sofa for me and locating different fabrics so the choice has been fantastic I am giving this five stars although as yet I’m waiting for the cushions to plump completely as apparently they will ! I want comfort all the way !!! My only niggle was that when the sofa arrived the cushions were hard and I was really stressing ! However this is apparently normal as they need plumping initially. And it takes time etc ! I think this info would be helpful with delivery . The delivery guys were super polite and well mannered . Great company and well worth it”
