“Couldn't recommend this cattery enough! Kathy and Simon take great care in what they do and all the fur babies are very well cared for which you can clearly see when you visit. They are very kind and friendly people, Kathy was also very helpful squeezing me in on a last minute booking due to another problem at another cattery. This was the first time my Cleo had stayed away while we went on holiday and I was very worried about leaving her. As soon as I arrived I instantly felt relaxed. The facilties are superbly maintained and the accommodation is spotlessly clean! There is a very relaxed atmosphere here and all of the cats seemed very happy. Cleo has returned home very happy and can clearly see she has been cared for very well. Will definitely be using you again and will recommend to everyone x”

“Always great and friendly service from Julie and Egham Boarding Cattery. Cats get treated to very spacious enclosures with a good view into the large garden so they can watch the birds flitting about. Always clean. Each caged enclosure has an open area and also an enclosed room with a radiator in to keep the cats warm at night or on cold days. Our cat is safe and well looked after while we are away. Great value and I would definitely recommend Egham Boarding Cattery.”

“We recently used this fabulous cattery to board our rescue cats while relocating to the UK. Our cats boarded for just over two weeks and clearly enjoyed their stay. We enjoyed photos and videos throughout and were reunited with very content and calm cats who had been extremely well cared for in the most compassionate manner. Paula is truly a wonderful lady who loves animals and knows very well how to care for each cat according to their personality, ensuring they are as content as possible. “Our cats stayed at Paws for 16 days. Kathleen is a very nice and caring person. She responds fast and fulfills what we need for the cats. She's very experienced in taking care of cats. Since our cats are very nervous, she's trying different ways to make them feel more comfortable, and tried different kinds of food to stimulate their appetite. She sent us photos of them so that we can see them from time to time. Since we sent cats half way round the world, we couldn't bring cat food and cat litter traveling with us, so I asked Kathleen for help. She's so kind and helpful by sending us everything, even a cat litter tray which I didn't ask for it. Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend this cattery!!!”

“This is such a wonderful place. Jenny and the staff are fantastic and the surroundings are so lovely! My cat loves her time at Allseasons and is cared for incredibly well, considering she has a few medical issues. They were able to administer my cats antibiotics, as well as supply her special food. My 2 year old daughter also loves it here and particularly likes the donkey and the beautiful flowers. I can't recommend this cattery enough!”

The lady owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her and her staff. My cats always come back from there very happy, having been well cared for and kept in very comfortable surroundings. I wouldn’t even contemplate taking my cats anywhere else now.”

Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!”

“Lovely people who really care about cats. They have a club you can join for a small fee which reduces the fees slightly which is worthwhile. They have an excellent relationship with Darwin Vets in Biggin Hill, which fo my money are the best in the area, which is also reassuring. You do have to provide vaccination certificates for your cats to protect the other guests :). I recommend them their our first choice but they do get booked up early at peak times....”

“We left our little 5 year old month Bella with Cat Tropicana for one week during our holiday. We were initially a little bit worried as Bella was only a kitten at the time. Though Tanya re-assured us that she will be in good hands with her. During our holiday, Tanya kept us updated on how Bella was settling in and sent us regular pictures. Bella was indeed in very good hands with Cat Tropicana. You could tell the owners of this cattery are true cat lovers and treat each and every cat with love and personal care. We would definitely recommend Cat Tropicana to anyone and will for sure leave Bella with Tanya again when we go on holiday.”

The cattery is set in a lovely garden and is clearly very well organised with great attention to detail (particularly important to us as our cats require specific food). The staff are also brilliant and love our cats as if their own whilst they are there - I would give them more stars if I could”

“Beautiful caring staff, lovely situation, the only place I will ever leave my cat. The cabins are sheltered with an indoor section with a bed and heat lamp. Lots of climbing spaces and shelves to perch on. You can look at them before you book, and you get to settle your cat in the cabin yourself. They call straight away if there is anything unusual. My family now use them too for their older cats. Mine is an grumpy rescue girl, they understand cats and have worked with her super well.”

“We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!”

“Reuben is amazing - our return flights got cancelled, but fortunately Oaks Cattery could extend my cat’s stay. Knowing she would be so well looked after was a complete weight off my shoulders. After almost 7 weeks (which is the longest she’s ever been away from us), Reuben dropped her off today and you can tell she is completely relaxed and pampered.
