“Great shop just down the road from where I live. I’ve been going here for years for emergency dog food runs and of course “no reason” toy gifts / treats for my two labs. Always a good selection and stock. My dogs also love Angela and her grooming, despite the full service with teeth and nail care (which they normally hate). Best part: in a neighborhood where you expect to pay more for basically anything, it’s actually very reasonably priced across the board. PS Angela also has a dog sitting service which is convenient. Pups hop in her car and spend the weekend outside London at her home.”

“I took my Romanian rescue into the shop today for a haircut. He’s very nervous, won’t go near most people and hates closed spaces, so I usually clip him myself but I’m not very good at it!! The ladies were super patient with him and clearly spoiled him as he came out a much more confident dog than the one I dropped off! His haircut was absolutely perfect, I’ll be bringing him back on a regular basis!”

“This is a really great place to get high quality stuff especially if you have larger dogs. It is located inside the 5K9 working dogs training facility and they also have a website where you can order direct. I went in person to visit them and picked up some leather collars and leads for my Boerboel and Rotty. It has been a few months and I can tell they will last.”

“Took our long haired miniature Dachsund Mazie for a full groom, nail trim and teeth cleaning. Awesome from start to finish. Can't recommend enough. Lovely team working there, very personal and engaged with you and your puppy. Lovely little cafe on top of that; we sat and had a tea while we waited, and chatted with everyone. The result: Our little fluff ball looks and smells amazing. They didn't overdo it with the trimming, as well as taking all of our requests for what we wanted into account. If you are there, they will even come out and ask you what to do if they have any immediate decision points during the groom. Will be back for sure. Great to know they are there.”

“I always come here to eat a sandwich and drink chai tea with my colleagues from work. The costumer service was always so awful that we have almost given up out coffee breaks. We then decided to go back yesterday and we met Holly (she has coloured hair, very pretty) and she made us feel so welcome, her costumer service is amazing, she treated us so well that we came back today again to have lunch here. Holly saved two regular costumers with her warm welcome, always smiling and the way she served us, that NEVER happened before. We felt very special, thank you Holly!!
