“Great services called the brothers about a boiler problem with my mum and dad old Ideal boiler on Friday evening. They came inspected it on Friday did the usual checks at a very late hour, identified the issue. Came back Saturday with parts which was the boiler pump which was not working. “Can't recommend them highly enough. Bek from the company arranged for Nashat and Ahmed from his team to visit us for some carpentry / mice proofing work. “Moe was recommended to me by one of the leaseholders on an estate in East London where I own a property and am a resident director of the management company with 649 . I had an issue with one of the valves on a shower unit in my own property having been pushed too far. I contacted a number of plumbers to resolve the issue. Moe requested pictures of the problematic valve, called me to to perform an initial diagnosis and visited the property with his assistant the same day. He investigated the issue, gave me a breakdown of the costs for parts, labour and expedited delivery of parts. The problem was resolved within 48 hours of his first visit. I later contacted Moe to ask about the alignment of the levers on the valves. He offered to visit to resolve this immediately to meet my precise requirements. Fantastic, honest ,.knowledgeable service and a pleasant chap aswell. I would highly recommend Moe for any of your future plumbing needs.”
