"Terrible customer service! When i phoned to speak to Sally about my wedding flowers, a member of her staff was extremely unhelpful and very very rude. She hung up on me when i asked her a question and was of no help whatsoever. Staff need to be trained on their communication skills and customer service. I will never use their service now and definitely won't be recommending them to anyone else."
