“Generally speaking I do not leave reviews- however I had to make an exception due to the fantastic service I have received from Lio, from start to finish his communication and professionalism has been faultless. My clutch unexpectedly packed up and I contacted Lio who gave me a instant quote for parts, labour and collection (saving me almost £500 off of a quote I had received from a garage elsewhere), he arranged for the car to be collected the same day from near Cambridge to Dagenham, he ordered the parts on my behalf and carried out the work promptly and kept me updated every step of the way. I sincerely could not recommend him more, Grade A service and I look forward to doing further business with him again in the future :D”

Upon finding this he helped me speak to the dealer to arrange for the fault to be fixed. He spent longer than he had to and provided a very professional service. “I live locally and I stopped by here on my way home from work on the off chance that they were free to do an MOT for me. I was greeted by a friendly chap who said that they could do it right away. I was told that it would take 45 minutes so I went home, had a cuppa and strolled back after about 40 minutes. When I got there, my car had been tested and was parked up outside the garage with my pass certificate inside. I paid, collected my key, and drove away. No issues at all. It’s always a worry when using a new garage as you do wonder whether they are going to find problems with your car just to generate some extra revenue but no such problem at this garage. I’d happily recommend them to friends, family and work colleagues and I will definitely use them again.”

I like the fact you're paying for what you get, one man in his workshop not a glass palace that gives you a "free coffee" and has umpteen members of staff so have to have jacked up prices.
