“Why did I choose the International Swimming Academy? It all started when I visited my friend and I saw all her little daughters swimming like a dolphins! I was really impressed by ISA system and at that time I was only pregnant, but I knew I wanted the same for Pernille :) My Daughter started her lessons when she was 9 months old with just a trial lesson... and since then I saw how important is for your child to start early so they get confidence and get used to water. My daughter is now almost 2 years, and this is the best decision I made. I see how she improves every week, she enjoys every second of her lessons. She loves the environment, every teacher which are all wonderful! So really I can’t recommend them highly enough. Communication and management from the whole team, is perfect.”

“I can't praise this dental practise enough the dentist Dev and Bina are very helpful, caring, friendly and understanding which means alot to me as l am a nervous patient. I had alot of treatment to get done fillings, extraction and cleaning before my bone infusion treatment at the hospital. I was lucky to find this dentist patient, knowledgeable, explained the procedure and after care and always made sure l was comfortable on the chair. Dev done a great job. Bina always went out of her way to get me in for appointments. I recommend this dentist for people with a fear of going to dentist. Using their Wellness system, you are able to monitor your progress in and out of the gym, as well as help tailor your fitness programme to suit you. They have a whole range of equipment, including Kinesis Cable machines, a Skill Mill, a Ski Erg and an Assault Bike. Selected machines have screens where you can choose a variety of apps to use whilst you exercise. They also have a full suite of resistance training equipment and a well-styled free weights room with Olympic weights.They house Esher’s first and only dedicated Functional Fitness Studio. Their team of personal trainers will use their extensive knowledge to create a fitness experience that can offer sound advice along with functional equipment, helping clients of all ages to improve their fitness and general well-being, and even putting the fun back into fitness!”

“The Subud Hall is a superb venue to hire. It has the perfect floor for Ballet classes, and it is always clean, tidy and warm with added boosters for those extra cold days in the Winter. It is a very attractive hall with with "State of the Arts" lighting for all occassions. A well designed kitchen, a large disabled toilet with Baby changing facility. Upstairs there is a smaller hall also well maintained. Plus 2 toilets. All with the added benifit of a car park adjacent to the hall and another just opposite. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Awesome gym! Whether you are a beginner or pro at Muay Thai, Singdayt caters to all fitness levels and I recommend this place to anyone as you always learn something new at the end of each class. Damon (coach) is very skillful and has a keen eye in seeing what you are doing wrong and how to improve your technique. The training at Singdayt is at the same level, if not better than the training you get in Thailand!”

“Attended a child's birthday party event here. Was thoroughly impressed with the swimming pool, good size, clean, warm temperature, lots of floats and things for the kids to play with, excellent safety and a nice little room on the side where they cut the cake and had a little party. Overall really impressed. Oh and the grounds for the school are lovely too! Easy parking available as well.”

On left side, homeless ppl water the wild fosters cans so they can grow into beer trees, sometimes you can even find people giving out flyers for the church cult thing down in Finsbury. Great place to watch pairs of people with SECURITY on their backs mask their facial expressions over a strong smell of weed. Corbyn, Britain's "most left wing" politician has been our MP since 1983, and Islington is the 14th largest wealth divided borough in England. If this park is all the economic equality "the left" can produce in 40 years of trying, we might have to go a bit further left.”

The APO gym is fantastic and I also use its shared co-working space all the time. I just think this whole development is a breath of fresh air in Barking! You're all doing an awesome job guys :-) P.S: the only teeny tiny thing I'd change is if we residents could use the toilet in the shared co-working space! If it's possible... that would be AWESOME”

The kids had great fun, the instructor was knowledgeable and well organised (and very good at ensuring a gang of excited 7 and 8 year olds stayed safe).
