“I came in for a number plate. The young guy behind the counter who deals with the plates was really friendly and helpful. However the product that was sold to me was not the quality I would have expected from a 4.9* place. I went there coz the reviews were so good. The number plate lettering was really faded due to the machine being faulty. I was disappointed but since then I have been offered a full replacement and a humble apology. This goes a long way to customer needs, thank you very much. I would highly recommend to go the store for your local car and motorbike accessories. After a service on our vehicle we experienced an unrelated "problem" - you know the type, a message appears on the dashboard. Pulled on to the forecourt, they plugged in a computer, explained everything throughout. In fact when nothing of note showed up they continued searching after I'd left and got back in touch to explain. Then when we caused the battery to run flat later the same day they still supported us in getting it going - even way after 6.30pm! Shane even opened up the garage to clear the dashboard message and gave us his number text him after we had been for a drive to ensure got home safely.
