I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “I have been using Highview garage for years. My aunty has been using them for years also and was the person that initially recommended them to me. Tony and his lovely staff have seen me through being a student with an incredibly old car and made sure I was good to go, year in and year out. Everyone working at Highview garage have always been honest and friendly and Tony was very patient with me, as a person who knows nothing really about the workings of a car, Tony is very honest and will let you know what's worth fixing and what isn't. They are upfront about pricing and they won't do any work without checking with you first. As a student, this was really appreciated. When I graduated and was able to buy a newer car, I got a service plan with the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s place looked very fancy, they served coffee and a biscuit while I waited. I ate the biscuit whilst they tried to sell me loads of things I didn’t need, or want, and were dismissive when I said I would think about it. So I came straight back to Highview garage. I was just a number in the fancy garage - and they tried to sell me loads of stuff that I just knew Tony and his team never would have. Luckily- I knew where to go, back to Highview garage. Now, as long as I have a car, I have Highview. x”

“I’ve been going to Hamid for help since August 2020. He first helped me pick out the perfect laptop from his shop that I would be able to use for my new job working from home. He is one of the kindest people I have met I was an absolute stranger to him yet he treated me as a friend. Since then I have been back to his shop to have my phone repaired and my Chromebook and to buy different cables I have needed. Before I always panicked if I had a problem with my phone or laptop because so much of my life are on them. But since I’ve been going to Hamid I no longer stress because he always able to help quickly and for a reasonable price. He has also delivered the items to my house and given me detailed advice on how to care for my items. I have recommended him to friends and they have had the same experience as me. A very kind man who is very efficient in all he does!”

“I have just stayed here for the second time and it was as good as the last. This hotel offers value for money considering it's great location right next door to the station. The rooms of of a high quality, having travelled the world as airline crew I've stayed in some top hotels and this is up there with some of them. The rooms look and feel clean and fresh, they offer extras like a hairdryer which others at similar prices don't. Overall I'd definitely recommend W12 Rooms, and would use them again. The reception staff are helpful and very friendly too.”
