“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. “I trained with RAaW back in 2012-2014, this was a really transitional experience for me, not only as a writer performer but also as a person. The training is intense and of the highest quality, covering everything from emotional availability and acting for camera, right through to stage combat and comedy writing. “Both my daughters have been to Katey's House in Ham - I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. It's such a wonderful place for the little ones to thrive. It's in a lovely setting with access to lots of green space; the kids learn about all sorts of fascinating things and even grow their own food and bake their own bread every Friday. The staff are both professional and warm with the children and give you every confidence in their level of care. The preparation for "big school" is also excellent - with an adorable graduation ceremony and lots of talking to prepare them for the milestone. In short, so much effort goes into making the children feel loved and happy, and both my daughters have thrived there.”

But having gotten to know her and build that doctor patient relationship over the months, I can say she has been one of the sweetest kindest doctors I have known. She is the kind of doctor that truly cares about her patients and goes beyond the surface to know them. I had a tough month prior to delivery, and needless to say, she was there every step of the way providing me with the best care possible. Finally, my delivery was beautiful, despite some complications but Dr Angela handled everything with confidence and elegance and gave me a beautiful memory of my delivery to cherish forever. I’m definitely coming back for my second (fingers crossed)!”

“I've trained here for a few months now, and feel it's an excellent place to train. I've trained at several martial arts clubs over the years, both good and not so good. I'm pleased to say that London Wing Chun Academy is one of the best places I ever trained. Great instructors, really observant, supportive and knowledgeable. The type of training really works got me, because it includes plenty of practical application, and a good amount of pad work. It's a really welcoming place to train too, a good spirit amongst those that train there. Finally, it's a well-equipped centre with plenty of bags, wooden dummies, and a weights section. I wish I'd started training here earlier!”

I was past retirement age when I decided that I must overcome my long held fear of the water, and it was only a matter of a few lessons with Theo before I began to gain confidence.
