Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. “We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

“We have been using Briony and KDW since our German Shepherd was a puppy. Briony immediately put us at ease from starting with puppy visits and now onto hourly visits/walks, helping to also interact with other dogs and on her own. She is VERY flexible and helps us out at the very last minute at times. Our dog absolutely adores her (sometimes more than us I’m pretty sure) and she always makes sure the dog is wiped down and the house kept clean when she visits. “I came across Brittany’s Dog Services during a google search because I needed to find someone to look after my 2 dogs, Tugs and Rain, for 6 weeks over Christmas/New Years. And let me tell you - finding Brittany was the BEST decision I ever made for them. Over the entire 6 weeks I received daily pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing and when anything came up, she would let me know right away! Here are two perfect examples of our situation: Towards the end of our trip, Rain developed a very itchy ear and Tugboat had a nail grow into his paw pad. Brittany told me about both issues immediately and offered to help them with my approval first. She clipped Tugboat’s nails and every day until we got back, she diligently cleaned Rain’s ear. I loved how willing and ready she was to do this for them while I was away! When I came back from my trip, Brittany had left me an organized folder with all of my paid invoices, a hand-written daily/weekly log of both pups, and her business card. I loved reading all of the notes she left about the pups every day - they were so detailed and personalized for each pup. Even the smallest and sweetest things she would notice about them she would write down! What I really loved about Brittany was how she tailored her care for my 2 dogs. One of my dogs, Tugboat, is very social and friendly with anybody. My other dog, Raindrop, is more the opposite - she is anxious and takes time to warm up to new faces. Brittany knew this and understood that Rain needed a bit of a different approach. By the end of the first week, Rain was snuggling with Brittany and became her best friend! So I know no matter what kind of temperament your dog has, Brittany has the level of training, knowledge and experience to be able to work with you! Brittany is super polite, professional, dedicated, trustworthy, honest, and absolutely LOVES dogs & loves what she does - and when you hire her, you’ll know it because it shines through her work in every facet. If you are a dog owner and you’re looking for someone to take care of your furry best friend(s), LOOK NO FURTHER. Brittany is every dog owners dream come true. I am so incredibly blessed to have found her because now my heart and mind is at ease knowing I can leave my dogs with someone whom I trust - whether that’s for 6 weeks or a few hours, Brittany will always be my go-to.
