"Have been with this practice for over 40 years (started in the Colin Ellis era) always had excellent help and treatment from all vets..They are compassionate when we have had any of our cats pts due to illness or old age. Have seen Sally ever since she joined and Barbara until she retired, have complete confidence in care and love that it is all women now. Personally won't go anywhere else."

"Very welcoming, knowledgable and extremely helpful vet! Dr. Sophie is an amazing vet and I'm happy that they're looking after my cat, Camur. My cat unfortunately had an accident on Wed morning. Since we're new to the area, we were not yet registered to a vet. I've found Medivet Ashford thanks to Google reviews. They kindly registered us quickly and requested my cat's history from the old local vet and the hospital on the same day, and booked appointment for the next morning. Camur's situation is a bit rare, we generally have to go to the hospital that is very far away or call them which is not very helpful most of the times. But Dr. Sophie was spot on the treatment and they contacted with the surgeon in the hospital to confirm! They were kind enough to stay in touch with the hospital for Camur. I cannot thank enough, it's such a relief to find someone who is knowledgable and caring, paying attention to details. Thank you Medivet Ashford!"

"Efficient and pleasant small vet, but, expensive. That said, my experience so far is that their care for the animals is very good. I should also add they are all very friendly and patient staff that work here. Two of my dogs kept running behind the counter to say hello and the staff were fine with this."
