"Took Zelda for her appointment today (annual vaccination and health check-up), she was greeted warmly by the receptionist and the wait time was short. During our appointment, Will was helpful and was happy to answer any queries I did have about Zelda’s health. While there, Will offered if I would like further worming treatments and flea, which I accepted as Zelda can be quite squirmy when I do this at home! The cost and payment was transparent I felt I knew fully what the prices would be for each treatment and this was explained to me. Will was patient with Zelda and she had an overall positive experience at the vets today - she has come home purring!"
