“NEPA Coffe and Food is a favorite spot for those working and living in the area and a great alternative to both the coffee chains (i.e Starbucks) and and independent coffee shops (i.e Shoreditch Grind). NEPA is located on a side street off East Road and sandwiched between the Premier Inn hotel and Scape Shoreditch. Unlike other independent coffee shops that at times suffer of the Shoreditch attitude and outright bad service, the staff at NEPA are always cordial and friendly. This gives NEPA is a unique homely neighborhood cafe feel. The space is small and narrow with five to six small tables. In the summer it features three small tables for outside sidewalk sitting. It recently underwent an interior design update, which helped make the space more spacious but keeping the homely look and feel. The food on offer is a combination of coffee, tea, porridge, home baked goods and cakes - including croissants, muffins, Oreo cookie cake, lemon drizzle cake - and freshly made sandwiches and salads for lunch. The cakes and food are fresh and tasty. Opening at 7AM every day you can see the staff busy preparing the fresh food ahead of the lunch crowd. Price wise it is cheaper than your local Starbucks and the service is pure charm.”

We'd cycled around 30 miles up & down the hills of Richmond Park, on our way to completing the Festive 500, and needed a break. Could do with some bike parking nearby, but the coffees and cakes were much appreciated on a cool Boxing Day lunchtime.”

“Georgous desserts and the price is on par with any dessert establishment. This one is the only place in the local are which serves this menu. Staff very warm and friendly. My little one enjoyed her pink cake which was surprising as she hates cake. Spied some breakfast orders and we will be back to try it at some point. A gem in Heston.”

“I come here frequently for a scoop of one of the many flavours ice cream. My favourites are Strawberry, Cherry and the Malteser Chocolate. I've never yet tried the cakes but they look great. Just trying my first waffle - looks great!”

“Fabio’s is something special. He has the best coffee in the area - hands down. Even Nero doesn’t come close to the quality. Always a joy to see him. The cannoli are incredible. He’s been keeping me sustained for my training sessions for months now and I find myself detouring to his place to get a coffee. “Award winning café next to West Hampstead overground station with very appealing branding and brilliant baristas. Matcha latte was descent and creamy, the flat white was also incredible. Baristas are friendly and talkative, you can see that they put lots of effort and love into each cup of coffee and it really reflects on the quality of the drinks itself. This café also sell their own coffee beans and merch, it deserves to be this popular!”

“A great find. The food was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Whilst I have eaten in Persian restaurants before this seemed to a cut above. We ate in and it was pretty quiet but then it was 2.30pm on a Monday in January. Even then the food was fresh, moist and delicious. We shared a starter of Aubergine and walnut with amazing bread (Kashnk Bademjan) for mains we had slow cooked lamb neck with excellent rice. (Baghali Polo) Tender and tasty together with a first for us, Dizi a traditional lamp chick pea and veg stew in an earthenware pot (Which we got to take home) that you crush then roll in bread with fresh herbs and pickles - eating the liquid as a soup. Divine. I can't say if it is authentic but I get the feeling it is. I can say it is definitely great food and generous portions. Highly recommended”

“Absolutely incredible Italian restaurant. Every dish was so tasty, loved the music and the service was brilliant. Giuseppe made us feel so welcome and was great with recommendations. The pasta is all freshly made in house and you can really tell because it’s so delicious. The pistachio tiramisu is a must try!! Bottomless brunch is only £20 aswell, such great value; includes bottomless Aperol spritz and prosecco.”

“I have visited B&O twice, once as a group for lunch and once on my own for breakfast, so I feel confident in giving a full and honest review. Service & Staff On both occasions we were given a five star service, the staff are very kind and attentive. Both managers (Simon and Ismet) were very polite, they would even came up to the table to ensure everything was okay or simply to greet. Food They serve both breakfast and lunch, so they have a variety of options on the menu. They have Greek cuisine which the menu is based on, however there is a tweak of English food added especially to the breakfast and kids menu. I do not eat meat so I enjoy the grilled vegetables, poached eggs and halloumi cheese on sourdough bread. However my friends really enjoyed the mixed grill which comes in a very generous portion. Ambiance The ambiance is warm and there is full of light. The kitchen is separated by glass and you can fully see inside. In terms of cleanliness, the place looks spotless, including a toilet which I would say can be compared to a 4-5 star hotel's. There is room at the back for a more private party, for a kids birthday or simply to take your kids out and get some privacy. All in all, a great local place which adds value to the local community.”

“Very nice cafe situated in Ballard's Lane also it's very clean in there and a great place to stop off for a coffee. Or some cooked food if you prefer something else rather than just a coffee. Also the staff in there are very friendly and this creates a really nice atmosphere. Also I would highly recommend this little cafe as it really is worth a visit. Also I had forgot to mention that they do have seating inside and out. So it's perfect when the weather is a bit chilly or a bit warm. So the owners really have given this some thought. Also there's a few other small stores around there so In my opinion all is good.”
