“This nursery is amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. My son has been going here for 2 years now. Great staff with so much heart and caring mindset. The carers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. “After noticing various of my neighbours’ doodles/cockapoos looking so nice and smart post-groom in the Bow area, just had to take Alfie to Ellie to get some smartening up! Alfie always looks so nice and handsome after. She’s amazing with him and he is happy and calm with her. I am super impressed by the ultrasonic tooth clean! Ellie managed to get stains off from Alfie’s molars and his teeth gets so white after. Well worth the 20 pound investment to maintain his teeth and gum health!”

“Our little chappy has just completed a weeks stay at Hotel Dachshund and I genuinely think he had a better holiday than we did! Sam is a true lover of sausage dogs and offered the 5* home from home treatment you'd want (and more!), after visiting kennels I just knew it wouldn't be right for our sausage - therefore so pleased we discovered Hotel Dachshund. Sam was incredible at keeping us informed whilst we were away and photo galore which personally we loved! It was incredible to see him play with others and make new friends - leaving you stress free to enjoy your holiday! An incredible boarding service that we'll definitley return for! Love that they are small and local which is more personal and the one to one service they offer compared with the larger corporates. A super lovely family run business who treat your fur baby's like their own. I trust my little Archie with them completely. His tail wags just at the sound of their voices on the telephone and he cannot wait to hang out with their cockerpoo Teddi. Highly recommended. UPDATE 14.12.22 : Little Archibald is now 3 years old. Time flies when you're having fun and my precious little pea is still living his best life at Queens Bark with whom he's grown up with. I often consider moving further afield but cannot imagine tearing my little one away from his big brother Teddi and his Queens Bark family. His waggy little tail every morning when they do their daily pick up is just so heartwarming and reassuring to witness.”

“Matt and Em looked after our dog Fig while we were away on holiday. They were fantastic and we got lots of regular updates with photos. Its clear how much they both love dogs, they put us completely at ease and we knew he was in great hands. Fig absolutely loved them and I think he was pretty devastated when they left. “We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

“Really haply with the facility as well as the staff members, really friendly, professionals and do know how to understand the child's needs! My daughter used to cry so much at first, but after a few sessions she started to eat better, to enjoy more and made friends to play with! I do love that they have a very good routine in place that works well around the little ones needs, when she come home after a day spent she really is ready to go to sleep after a busy day at nursery!”

“My daughter has been attending Zeeba for over three years. She’s now in the pre-school room and is extremely happy. The pre-school teachers are excellent and my daughter is being given a very good grounding for primary school, both educationally and socially. My son is in the baby room and loves his key worker. He goes in happily every single day. The staff are caring and attentive.”

“I was looking for somewhere that my dog would feel comfortable, obviously being a puppy. He needs to be socialised with people and dogs when I tell you that this place is absolutely amazing. It is amazing. Eddies always on hand to answer any questions. His team seem so lovely. Simba has so much fun and he’s always excited to go They have so many things for the dog as well. It’s just a great place and Simba really does enjoy it there!! One thing that really stood out for me is when your dog goes to trial day, it’s kind of like a little assessment as to whether your dog would fit in with the pack. I wanted a place where simba is going to feel comfortable where he was going to get on, and he fits in really great with them. Also, you know your dog is in good hands they always post on Instagram which I enjoy watching throughout the day so you know what your dogs getting up to! If you want a place that not only cares about your dog, but you was the owner. I would 100%. Recommend Eddies.”

“Martha loves her walks so much with Ryan or anyone of the amazing Kensington Hounds team. They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about them wellbeing of the animal in a holistic approach. Any question you may have about your animal, the team at Kensington Hounds has an opinion and i have found them to be superb. From food, to treats to exercise and obedience.. my golden retriever has truly matured through their input. And she has met some great friends. Now at 9 months, her walks and care from Kensington hounds has enhanced her puppy period and beyond. I truly recommend them extremely highly .”

“There is no one (except immediate family) that we trust with our pooch except the CDL team!! Our dog runs out the door and doesn’t look back when he goes for his group walks. We are SO grateful to live in an area that CDL operates. I don’t know what we would do without them!!”

“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“I have my dog Tashi groomed here regularly by Chloe and she never fails to do an incredible job. By far the best groom she has had and always comes out smelling amazing, looking amazing, comfortable and happy. Chloe is extremely talented and accommodating and makes sure she knows any medical issues or allergies before she begins so my pup is always at ease and comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else.”

“Little Elms offers a brilliant learning space for children to thrive in which is supplemented by the support of fantastic staff throughout the various rooms. Our daughter loves attending and the learning gains she has made in the 2.5 years are exceptional. Outside space for all rooms is great and offers good variety of fun and educational related activities. Food is nutritious, interesting and again, offers good diversity in terms of what's on offer. Big shout out to Tony, Shamion and the other members of the management team for guiding the nursery through the pandemic. Communications throughout have been clear, concise and they've been transparent in their COVID-19 planning and measures since the start.”

“William Patten Daycare has provided exceptional care for my son. Since starting at the beginning of 2020, he has made leaps of progress with his confidence, learning but above all, he is always so happy! Every day, he comes home singing a new song or talking about a book that he has enjoyed. The staff at WPDC are wonderful. They are attuned to the children's interests and make fabulous role play areas and discovery tables that truly excite the children. On top of all of this, the food is varied, nutritious and my son loves it - often asking for seconds! I cannot recommend this nursery enough.”
