“We had Marvin play for our wedding in July 2019. He went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. I love the fact that he was extremely professional and took his time to get to know us so that he could incorporate exactly what we wanted. Very reasonable price and the music was what we wanted and more. Many of our guests commented on how great the music was and the fact that everyone was always on the dance floor is a testament to his skills. In addition, Marvin very kindly and off his own accord, captured videos of the night on his camera that we will treasure forever. We would definitely recommend him and we will certainly be using him again in the future. I've already asked him to DJ for my 30th birthday party next year”

“Mark was the DJ with extras at our wedding...amazing entertainment everyone loved the playlist, happy and jolly all the way through this guy kept us dancing into the wee small hours, the lighting and signage was classy, effective and way better than traditional disco lights. He also was present for the whole ceremony using our chosen songs he provided the music at our outdoor venue at Flaxbourne Gardens, great sound and perfectly timed, again his jolly persona shining through. Mark as a extra also took random photographs throughout the whole day and played them throughout the day on screens. This was loved by not just us but all our guests, this is a truly magical must have at any event, his photography talents are amazing (If he needed a career change he is already there) he captured all those crazy omg moments, the emotional blips, the unposed smiles and the crazy moments missed by the photographer who was busy doing the planned stuff. Such a worthy extra added to our wedding. Mark I cannot thank you enough for sharing our special day and there is truly no one else that could have delivered the special touches that you did and in your unique jolly manner. “My son has attended SBSD for about 6 years now. He loved dancing with Miss Shosh so much that he took up stage school classes too. His confidence and self worth has blossomed ever since and he is happy and thriving. Lessons are now provided at a dedicated studio which gives the children continuity and security. Miss Shosh and her family have put so much into the Studio that it's a home away from home for the kids. Looking forward to the upcoming production, which as they've always been in the past, will be amazing!”

The coaches are great, making sure all work hard to perform at our best but also supportive and willing to spend the time to help you improve. “First Dance Studios is a really friendly dancing school for adults. From the first day I started there, I could tell what a really caring and happy place it is. “NCAD is a wonderful dance and musical theatre school run by Sarah Jackson. My daughter had tremendous fun during her time at NCAD, especially starring in their shows! Sarah manages to get the balance between laid back and encouraging ambition. Children who just want to have fun are welcome here and there are great opportunities for those who wish to take their performing arts seriously. You can take your dance G.C.S.E. and several NCAD protégées have gone on to star in West End shows. Class prices are very reasonable to so all in all this is a great place for your child to come to explore the performing arts and grow into a talented and successful professional if that's what they want to do.”

“Laura and the team from The Little Dance Academy have been visiting our nursery to do ballet sessions with us for almost a year now and the children absolutely love the classes! They are very friendly and approachable and the classes are wonderfully fun and engaging. Laura plans sessions based around the time of year, for example - dancing like Easter bunnies at Easter which the children love! “Luanda is a fantastic teacher and is so knowledgeable about Cuban dance. Her classes have structure and she breaks down all the moves so that beginners like me can easily follow and make great progress whilst the more advanced students can work on the finer detail, add flavour and do harder variations. She's very friendly and welcoming and has often made me feel better when I'm having a bad day! The live music she often has elevates the classes even more! (pre COVID of course!). She is incredibly knowledgeable and I loved the pace of the class. Whether you’ve danced before or not, Connor is excellent at teaching the relevant techniques whilst also keeping it light and fun, with some routines in there too. “I took up salsa lessons 7 months ago ,I've become addicted to it my first teachers are Heidi and Trever from Sweetlead on a Wednesday evening, I also go to other classes on a Thursday evening and Friday evening to get more practice and floor time .I can honestly say that sweetlead is the best class to go to the Teachers have more time for you and the atmosphere is far better than the other classes I've attended . “I joined Arabian Rose in 2018 and have been learning with Sandra throughout this period (including classes during lockdown). I started in level 1 and have been in level 4 for some time now. Arabian Rose is well run and organised. The classes are excellent; Sandra is a very skilled teacher and absolutely passionate about dance. Her choreographies are beautiful and creative.. and it’s all so enjoyable! With every course, I learn something and hopefully I improve a little bit. I never danced before, but dance at Arabian Rose is for everyone and I intend to continue for a long time.”
