Having left my bag on the tube, complete with laptop etc, I knew the train terminated at Watford, but I couldn’t get hold of the station. I called the A1 Watford station office, and before I’d even finished explaining the situation, they’d walked to the tube station to help find my bag. Incredibly, they found it! A1 offered to send me my bag in one of their cars, but the station staff needed to see my ID, so A1 sent a car to me at Amersham which arrived as my train got in, quickly drove me to Watford just as the station was shutting, reunited me with my bag, then A1 drove me home. These guys have restored my faith in humanity. Great people, great taxi firm.”
