“I had my first haircut experience at Pelo today and I have to say, I absolutely love they way Rebecca has done my hair. Rebecca was fantastic; she was warm, friendly, professional and just lovely to talk to. She did an amazing job with my hair and my husband, who hardly notices any of my haircut in the past, said that this is the best haircut I've had! Needless to say, I'm very, very happy and would highly recommend Rebecca and Pelo to anyone. The place itself was clean with clear safety measures in place (i.e. physical distancing and masks). “This is a friendly, affordable hotel near a line of surprisingly good shops and within walking distance of the tube. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful, especially the blonde woman at reception who was efficient and so accommodating. The only downside for me is that there are no sockets at the bedside table to allow you to charge a phone while catching up on messages but I have found this in very high end hotels too. I would certainly use this hotel again.”
